WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DRESS?

We recommend starting as soon as you’re ready to purchase your dream dress. Special ordered gowns typically take 6-9 months to arrive, and alterations usually take another 8-10 weeks. But don’t worry—if you’re on a tight timeline, we also have a large selection of dresses available right off the rack! Whether you’re getting married tomorrow, in three months, or in two years, we’re here to help.

WHAT WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE LIKE?

Every bridal appointment at Marcella’s includes a personal bridal consultant who will guide you through the process with excitement and care. Your consultant will spend time getting to know your style, your vibe, and any inspiration you have. Then, while you relax, they’ll pull dresses that match your vision. (Don’t worry if you’re not sure what looks good on you—that’s what we’re here for!) Once the dresses are pulled, the fun really begins as you try on different styles and discover what you love—all while sipping on our signature Marcella’s Mimosa. Most brides find their dream dress at their first appointment with us, so be ready to say “yes” and feel all the feels!

WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT WITH ME?

Bring a few people whose opinions you value most. Large groups can sometimes overwhelm brides, so choose supportive guests who truly understand your style. If you’d like to include more people in the celebration, we also offer reveal appointments where you can bring up to six guests to reveal your gown, share a toast, and celebrate!

HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND ON A DRESS AT MARCELLA’S?

Our wedding gowns range from $1,500 to $4,500+, with plenty of options to fit your style and budget.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT GOWN SIZING? WILL YOU HAVE MY SIZE AVAILABLE?We carry gowns in sizes 4-28, with a reasonable selection in most sizes. Bridal sizing runs smaller than everyday U.S. sizing, so don’t be alarmed if your bridal size is different from what you’re used to. If a gown is a bit too big or small, no worries—we’re experts at helping you envision how the final fit will look.
