Our After the Aisle Refresh Service... What is it?

At our store, we provide what we call our After the Aisle Refresh service. While not the same as chemically preserving a gown, this service is a great alternative for a bride who wants to get her gown cleaned up after her wedding and ready to store away.

Throughout the years Marcella has redesigned and revamped heirloom wedding gowns and almost every single one has the same problem: needing to be repaired and restored  as the "preservation" didn't keep the gown in a desirable condition. We have been working hard to develop a process that would leave gowns useable throughout the years AND eliminate the damage from plastic window boxes and harsh chemicals in cardboard. 

So, after you book your service online with us, we will have you bring in your gown so we can assess the condition of your gown and create a game plan. From there, we will hand clean in specific spots that need a little extra love and then clean the whole gown! Once we have your gown all cleaned up we hang it to dry before we hand wrap it and box it in one of our breathable, acid-free storage boxes that can be opened again and again so your gown can be enjoyed through life!
